Private James Nevill-Died of wounds

Post by Katie »

I have a report in the Liverpool Daily Post published 16th November 1916

Private James Nevill (K.L.R) only son of Mr. James Nevill, of Warwick Street, Southport has died of wounds. He was 20 years of age.

Cannot find anything for this soldier. Any assistance appreciated.

Son of Mr and Mrs Nevitt of 12 Warwick St, Southport. 4 KLR. He had been with the colours for 3 years and had served in the army Reserve before the outbreak of the war. On active service for 2 years.
