Looks like he has been recorded as 'Springs' (or something similar!) on the 1901 Census and has been listed as Albert!

Thank you Karen. It would seem the Sprung/Spring/s family resided in Bidder Street for most of their lives. I can't find Frederick in 1911, however his brother Henry (I think resides in Bidder Street in 1911).
