The above appears in a casualty list as being wounded published 16th June 1915

The National Archives have him recorded as:-

Medal card of Birarty, Jonathan
Corps Regiment No Rank
Liverpool Regiment Depot 11098 Private

I cannot find his entry on Ancestry to check his Surname spelling. Before I send a correction to the NA. Can some kind person have a go.

I have put in an amendment but under Incorrect data on image rather than mistranscription, to be fair.

They wont change the surname spelling at NA but I can get his correct forename sorted.
