Does anyone know when this centre was built - probably 1930s -and which unit occupied it pre 1939 - almost certainly one of the TA battalions of the King's Regiment.
Very sadly it is to be closed and the remaining Company of The Duke of Lancaster's Regiment will cease to exist, leaving our city with no active link to the Regiment.
