Hello everyone,
I have been waiting patiently for the last Journal of the year to arrive by post, now that it is here I have read it front to back several times over already. You guys really do a terrific job putting the journal together. The Journal made me think of my family and the stories that I have shared with my boys about growing up here in Oz. It also reminded me of how lucky I have been in connecting with other family members through the Forum.
Christmas is the time of year when I especially think of my Grandparents, Aunts and uncles, cousins and extended family. It is also a time to remember family that can't be with us at this time for many and varied reasons. For many of us, it is some spare time to spend on our family history research.
For me, it is also a time to say a very special "Thank You " to admins and members who give their time, knowledge and skills in helping to find our links with the past.
"Thank You" your efforts are so greatly appreciated.
Merry Christmas to you all and Thank you.
Many Thanks

Re: Many Thanks
Thank you Sharene, and a Merry Christmas also to you and your family. I hope some of your own stories may also make their way to our Journal as we will really enjoy reading them. There is also the added incentive that there is a vote by the committee for the best article in each issue, the prize being a year's free membership.
