Two queries arrived to my inbox via the online enquiry form. Without doing any research for them I made a couple of suggestions, including of course that they post on here.

I am amazed that BOTH of them have actually sent a thank you reply!!!

It must be my day - out of the blue I received a thanks for looking after the Facebook Group too and others joined in. Must be my birthday

They are only two very small words, but they make a world of difference. 'Thank you'.

I spent many hours assisting someone recently, using my own resources that I have built up with time and money - none of the info could be found online. I can see that the new and corrective data has been applied to this person's online tree, but not a word of gratitude has come my way.

Perhaps I'm generally lucky - I've found that most people are courteous, and do express gratitude. Some you win, I s'pose.
