Just came across a posting on Rootschat re how to stop Windows 10 installing automatically.
Apparently Ann Widdicombe wrote today in Daily Express.

I have just followed instructions and hopefully all will be well. 8)

I have a new PC with Windows 10 and all seems ok at the moment. They have mended a lot of blips.

I like Win 10. Anything has to be better than 8.

Unfortunately it took a blue screen, a huge amount of lost data and sweary words to get a new laptop with 10 installed.

Although I kept postponing the date as I was awaiting others experiences before taking the plunge, however one day the laptop simply told me it was going to update and closed down - right before my eyes. Although I panicked there was nothing I could do about it.

Now it's done I'm wondering why all the worry, just got on with it and there were no problems - maybe yet?
