Just wanted to apologise that one managed to slip the net.
I had hoped that the extra entry in the registration process, plus that I check where all new members claim to live and whether it matches their ISP, would catch all the bad uns, but there is always one exception that proves the rule doesn't work 100%.
Still perhaps not many of you would have noticed him and I got him and shot him quickly enough.
