We are fortunate in that while BBC Cymru is our 'normal' channel we can also receive all 'local' BBC channels via the Astra satellite. Sky is expensive over here.

Yep gobbledegook, although I have a smattering of other languages, sorry to say that this isn't one of them

When you look at the history of our area our old language was Welsh. Two thousand years ago the people living in the Merseyside area would have been speaking Welsh. Some of our place names go back to our Welsh or Briton speaking era.
