In 40 years, I have never know so many areas where the fire warning reached "Catastrophic".
Imagine going home to nothing?? and the livestock loss.
N.S.W has it's firies to thank for Wednesday, which could have been beyond words.

Thinking of you all down-under during this traumatic time. Goodness knows how we would manage in this country - a spot of ice or freezing fog and the everything grinds to a halt!! Oh I see it has just started snowing here this should be interesting.
