Afternoon shift here D.S soon to close down.
Pork spare ribs on the bbq..with a glass of red
Must share this, my late bro Ray (the one who knew everyone on his post office rounds, such a great help in the old days in the forum]
We took him to a winery in Margaret River, a young lady came over with an ample bosum and asked him..
Do you like your red full bodied and well rounded...for the first time in his life he was speechless...
I said yes, he loves both.. :D

Re red wine and well-rounded, etal... I like both but can't be too fussy these days!

If you ever get across to East Gippsland in Victoria, somewhat east of you on the other corner, make a point of visiting the Sarsfield vineyard and winery. http://www.sarsfieldestate.com.au/

The hamlet of Sarsfield was not named after my lot but it is purported' to be named after the 'Defender of Limerick' Lord Lucan aka Patrick Sarsfield. Tell them I sent you and you may get an extra glass of their extremely excellent red! My possible cousin Norman was there and recommends it! :)
