Electoral Role Initials

Hi Guys,
Can anyone shed some light on the meaning of the letters RO , RW and RD next to resident's names on the electoral rolls please?

Hi Frank,
I think is what you are looking for.....
The symbols indicate a resident's qualification to have a franchise/vote:

R: Residence qualification.
BP: Business premises qualification.
O: Occupation qualification.
HO: Through husband's qualification.
RW: Residence qualification (women).
OW: Occupation qualification (women).
