Living DNA
Hope this is in the right place. Has anyone used Living DNA and is it recommended?, thank you.
Looking for Murrays (Liverpool/Scotland & Ireland), Howarths (Liverpool), Forshaws (Lancs), Thompsons (Liverpool & Cheshire), Coopers (Staffs & Shrops), Webbs & Broadmeadows (Staffs & Worcs)
Re: Living DNA
Again I've moved the topic over to the board which we use for discussions.
As I understand it, the majority of the testing sites are somewhat similar, except for 23andMe that specialises in health matters.
If you have tested your DNA with another site you can upload the raw data to LivingDNA and use their facilities, similarly you should be able to download your raw data from that site and share it with others ie MyHeritage, FTDNA and the largest database generally speaking is held by Gedmatch.
If it is relatives you are looking for the more widespread you share the more likely you are to get decent matches.
