Two queries arrived to my inbox via the online enquiry form. Without doing any research for them I made a couple of suggestions, including of course that they post on here.

I spent many hours assisting someone recently, using my own resources that I have built up with time and money - none of the info could be found online. I can see that the new and corrective data has been applied to this person's online tree, but not a word of gratitude has come my way.
Perhaps I'm generally lucky - I've found that most people are courteous, and do express gratitude. Some you win, I s'pose.
