Australian artist with Liverpool heritage

Last week the National Gallery in London hung for the first time ever a piece of Australian art - Blue Pacific by Sir Arthur Streeton.
His mother was Mary Johnson from Liverpool who came to Australia in the 1850s. I am writing a piece for the Society's magazine
which, if space allows, will include some photos.
