Tina

You are not going to believe this but my wife and I live in Holland Village.

Jalan Merah Saga. I've been in Singapore for over 24 years but went to Aussie in the early 1970's.

Very nice to meet you also.

Hello Mary A

Appreciate your warm welcome also and it is nice to meet such friendly people and the offer of assistance on our query is also appreciated.

there are a few open ened areas within a few of our lines that I would like to sort out but Catherine Glover is our focus for now. I'm doing our ancestral tree for future generations as currently they are not to keen, the younger generation that is but one their children will want to know their roots and I want to document as much as possible whilst I can.

Looking forward to maybe meeting some of you as I do return to visit our mother who is almost 90 now and she is in Thornton.

Best Wishes and thank you again Mary A

Don't know if the chat would continue so have moved it over here to keep the other just for your research.

I know just what you mean, I have no idea whether my next generation will be interested in their ancestry, seems that it's when we get to a certain age that we get an interest doesn't it. But one day, one of them will want to know more.
