What is the name of this ship?

I have been trying to locate the death of a Walter Henry FLANAGAN (b. 27 February 1879)
His occupation is listed in the 1901 Census as a "Stoker on Steamship", whilst his occupation in 1911 is now "Marine Fireman" - basically working in the ship's boiler room.
I have also managed to find him on several crew lists as well, again working as a Stoker or Fireman.
I think I have finally managed to find his death in the GRO Overseas Records.
His death appears to have been in 1925, aged 45 (as he was born in February 1879 - that bit seems to match fairly closely) and looks like the most likely possibility - especially with an occupation of Stoker/Fireman.
However, I was wondering whether anyone could give some advice on the ship's name, just so I could do some more digging around before ordering a certificate - just to be as confident as possible that it's the correct record.
It looks like, from the death index I have seen, that the ship was called HESPERIA (or possibly MESPERIA). However, I was wondering whether it would be HISPANIA. But the list is typed, and I was wondering if it could have been transcribed from a badly written record?
