Does anyone know of the best place to find current (last 50 years) records for Canada.
My ancestors Eric and Christina Eakins moved to Canada in the 1970s and i've found no trace of them since. They had a daughter called Andrea and she married in Liverpool in the 1970s to Christopher P O'Neil but I can't find any trace of them either so assume they went to Canada too.
Eric was born in Liverpool in 1913 and Christina nee Horan was born in Liverpool in 1914.
Any help to find Canadian vital records, obituary records or electoral registers would be really appreciated.
Thanks
Dan

Re: Help with Canadian records
you have to apply to the territorial capitol for bmd records. Canadian birth certificates are issued by the government of the province in which you were born. same with marriage and death.
