Hi
I have two family members with occupations that I would like help with
1. Confidence Shopkeeper - conjures up some ideas!!!!
2. Hooper Railway Hoop Boiler
any help would be appreciated

Are the words quite clear? Perhaps you could post small sections of the image, just enough to see the words and see if extra eyes would help.

Looks as though
1 Confectioner
2 Hoop Coiler, then it mentions Cooperage, which I think are barrel makers, so maybe this occupation was the person who made the metal coils to go around the barrels to hold them together.
That's my thoughts anyway, what do others think?

I'm with Erika on both.
I see the tramway lad lower on the form was on point duty - unlike the police function of directing traffic, this young man would have stood at a junction and changed the points on the tram tracks with a crowbar according to the route of the next one along. Later developments meant this was done via magnetic devices by the driver. Happy days!
