The records for St John the Baptist have not been deposited at the record office you have to contact the church and they charge a fee.

Hi Holly
I would be eternally grateful if you could look up the marriage of Willam Peers to Catherine Henderson at St Peter's in the Jan-March quarter of 1894. All info welcome but particularly the name of William's father.
Thanks a million

A new line of enquiry has opened up for me and I'd be very grateful if you could check a marriage for me please.
John Henry Russell to Margaret Emily Hixson (Hickson) Q1 1906 St Mary, Kirkdale.
and if I could be very cheeky
George Fletcher to Nellie Russell Q3 1906 St Mary, Kirkdale
I believe this must be George & Margaret Helen Fletcher who the Russells are boarding with in 1911, clincher if the father is the same!
Thanks a lot Holly, if you can manage it.

Hi Holly
I was in Record office today, but spent most of my time in the Search Room so couldn't help, but I did put the references down for a couple that have been requested.
Erikas - St Saviour - 283 SVR 3/4 which is in the Search Room
Barb B - St Peters - 283 PET 3/109 on Microfilm
Might save a bit of time. I spent more time waiting for the registers than looking through them. It helps to have the quarter but as they only collect them every half hour, you spend time waiting. Still better than having to pay the new prices.

Hi Erika, I've just googled and see there is one in Huskisson Street. How annoying is that?
