You can look these up for yourself in a number of different ways.
www.freebmd.org.uk is a free web site were very nice people have transcribed the births deaths and marriages indexes for England and Wales taken fron the GRO main indexes. Although not complete they are good up to around the First World War
www.lancashirebmd.org.uk another free site again produced by transcribers again only probably to the 1920s
Search the actual indexes produced by the GRO - these will be in your nearest main library or are on a number of different websites such as
www.ancestry.co.uk (paying) or free at your local library if you are in the UK on the ancestry library collection or
www.find my past.co.uk (paying)and others
All of these will give you the reference needed to get a copy of the person's death certificate.
This is the way we all look for someone's death reference there is no quick easy way without some searching.
Just realised 2 of the people are women - do you know that they never married? If you don't you need to check for any marriages. Again in the same way.

Was he just Thomas Champion? If so - there is no 1900 birth in Liverpool on freebmd
There is a Thomas JAMES b 1899 and a Thomas HUGH born 1901. As Thomas Hugh died in 1901 - yours must be Thomas James?
Thomas James died in 1979 in Cheshire but if you want to know the exact date you will have to buy a copy of the death cert
Thomas James Champion Birth Date: 22 Aug 1899
Death Registration June qtr 1979
Registration district: Chester & Ellesmere Port
Inferred County: Cheshire
Volume: 35
