Delia Kenny/Manley
Hi,
Just wondering if you have found Delia in the 1911. They are extremely thin on the ground so should be easy to find. I had a look in the 1901 and could find only 2 in England and Wales but their year of birth was way out. However only one of them had a father Michael:
KENNY, Michael - Head - Married - 48 - 1853 - Dock Labourer - Ireland.
KENNY, Jane - Wife - Married - 40 - 1861 - Ireland.
KENNY, John - Son - Single - 23 - 1878 - Bricklayer's Labourer - Ireland.
KENNY, Martin - Son - Single - 18 - 1883 - Dock Labourer - Ireland.
KENNY, Joe - Son - 10 - 1891 - Ireland.
KENNY, Delia - Dtr - 17 - 1884 - Working In Paper Mill - Ireland.
KENNY, Janey - Dtr - 15 - 1886 - Working In Paper Mill - Ireland.
KENNY, Kate - Dtr - 9 - 1892 - Ireland.
KENNY, Emmy - Dtr - 7 - 1894 - Ireland.
Address: 65, Harmsworth Street, Pendleton, Lancashire.

If this isn't her because of being 10 years older than her marriage cert says she is, you have to find her in 1911. If she is there you will have her birth place. If she's not there she could be an immigrant after April 1911, or born in Scotland or Ireland, or might have been born with another surname.
Here's a birth in Ireland, the only one for 1894:
Name: Delia Kenny
Registration district: Claremorris
Record type: BIRTHS
Registration date - quarter and year: Apr - Jun 1894
Film number: 101065
Volume: 4
Page: 138
Digital GS number: 4193979
Image number: 00124
Collection: Ireland, Civil Registration Indexes 1845-1958
There were none in the birth index for 1893 and 1894:
