Hi. My grandfather was Hubert Duffy. Died age 24 (11 July 1918) Buried in Alexandria War Memorial Cemmetary. His mother was E Duffy who you mentioned on your web site. You had found her grave. She died 1930 with her sons details on her headstone. I would welcome any information you have on the Duffy family. We are going to visit his grave on the 24th of March 2010. Look forward to hearing from you. Kath Shepherd (Shropshire England).

Hi Kate,
There was a long thread on the site for Hubert Duffy, is it Maureen you are looking for (Momo)?
Here is the thread anyway, make a cuppa and have a look.

Kate,
You say Hubert Duffy was your grandfather, who did he marry and what were his children's names?
I found this marriage in 1914 and I have also found children's birth registrations.
Does this ring any bells?
