Hi,
Just thought I'd mention that, for the first time, the Welsh could use a Welsh language version of the census in 1911. So, you may find that your Welsh speaking ancestors opted for the Welsh format. Even many that were bi-lingual completed the Welsh one in preference.
If anyone has a problem when they find their ancestors completed the census in Welsh and need a translation of occupation etc, send me a PM with the 'strange words' and my 'gwraig' (wife) will translate.
Cheers,

Think you might find this page useful from 1911 Census, translations for the columns which are written in the Welsh language
