I suspect this site will be very exciting. There are a number of projects including a much cheaper way to purchase certificates for RC marriages between the dates 1872-1901.
I've tested it and there are a lot of entries uploaded there, but I think there may be more to come. "Eventually it will cover the years (1837-1901) and is being uploaded in ten year batches."

What an exciting site
I don't have any RC marriages as far as I know, but there will be other areas covered soon that could be useful. Old maps of Liverpool would be great

It will be interesting to see if any comments are included. Sometime ago I was searching the St Oswalds marriages and found that the priest had noted the date of baptism next to the entry, it helped a lot in finding the entry, and of course the reverse was the case, the marriage was noted by the side of the baptism.

Well that's something I've never seen on a certificate before, could be quite useful.jalp73 wrote:The "extra" I got for a St Patrick's Toxteth Park marriage in 1883 was the addresses of the witnesses.
