hello
has anyone any idea who would have owned the houses in the courts off Robsart St Everton my father in law was born there in 1909 and they were old then anything at all

No Idea Who owned the courts in Robsart St, but most of the properties around that area were owned by numerous Propertie Merchants (some only holding 2-3 Properties in any one street others owned Whole Streets!.

PS.

Pity You fif'nt ask this Q 12months ago (My Mother would have probably known!

She passed away a few months ago! (I used to run alsorts past Her when I was Stuck with a bit of research!). :roll: :wink:

thank you Pegasus for your reply bet the owners lived in better houses than they rented out ,they knew that people were desperate for homes but i cant see them keeping them in good condition , you say about asking your late mum questions just wish we had asked a bit more

Can I suggest that you do a search for the name in the Old Newspapers, I've often come across advertisements for sales or auctions of houses. You never know it might just pop up.
