A relative has just e-mailed me from the U.S. about a great uncle of mine who apparently worshipped the Caradoc Mission in Crosby in the early part of the twentieth century. Anybody heard of it? Might there be records?

Sometimes I can delve too deep...
I thought "Caradoc" was something deep and meaningful from the Bible until I looked in 1911 Directory & found the Mission in Caradoc Rd..

Thanks to all - sorry not to have been able to reply earlier - camping with 6 grandchildren for the weekend. I'll follow up the suggestions - all of which I'm grateful for.
