I have a burial record for Edith Mary Cox who was buried in Allerton Cemetery in 1970. In the column "By Whom Ceremony Performed" it doesn't have the name of a minister. Instead it says "Certified By :- John Albert Cox". John Albert was Edith's son. Does anyone know what this means?
