Hi All
I would really appreciate if any one has a ******** package could they look up details of a baptism for me I only took out the starter package so can't access any details, (that will teach me to read info before I buy) Can't find it on Ancestry and I can't access the library records inspite of using the password and email the library have provided.

Perry Maria Joanna born 1850 and there is 1 baptism for that name in Cheshire Non Conformist & Roman Catholic (Baptism) 17th Century-1910, I am trying to find out if she is my Great Grandmother.

Thanks a lot

Val

No problem Val. Is Maria Joanna a Latin version of the name?

Hi Johnny

Yes that is the Latin version of Mary Jane, this Great Grandmother has caused me problems, on her marriage certificate she gave her name as Jane Byrom father John Byrom and just full age. When her children were registered (10) Mother's maiden name was some times Byrom sometimes Perry. In 1851 there is a child called Gion (Irish for Jane)Perry, Granddaughter on the census. GG used a Byrom & a Perry as Godparents for 1 of the children I am in touch with a Perry who is as baffled as I am.
Doesn't life get complicated, when things are back to normal I will have a look through the records at Chester.

Thanks again

Val
