Hello there. I am trying for information, hopefully the working dates of Perrin Hughes, who were in Hatton Garden (I don't know where that was/is). Apparently they supplied fittings for ships, and I would like more information on which shipping lines they supplied, if possible. Or anything else about them. Thanks if you can anyone.

It was a partnership between Robert Henry Perrin and Lot Hughes, both described as Metal merchants, Perrin and Hughes & Co described as, Brass Founders, Metal Merchants and Lead Manufactures.

Branches at Liverpool, Birkenhead and Chester.

I suspect they would have dealt with any and all shipping companies that required their services. Also dealt as Plumbers and Sanitary ware.

Map to check Hatton Gardens.

Thanks so much. My family worked with them to fit-out ships with sanitary ware, apparantly.

Thanks for a link to the street map Bert. I thought it had gone for ever.

The main fire service for Liverpool was 24 Hatton Garden, Liverpool, it's off Dale Street and although only looks like a side street it appears to have been quite a prominent street of the time.
