If you're on Ancestry, you may have already noticed the note attached to the Ford burial details,

The family must have been so angry with no blame attributed to the employer. He probably had no training or anything. These days we might moan about health and safety regulations being over the top but they are for a reason.

It appears they may have named another child, John William
