Mr George Naden and Mrs Eliza Lucy Naden (nee Stanyard)

Some years ago members helped me piece together the comings and goings of this family. In 1901 they lived at 16 Derby Place with their 3 children. By 1911 George has gone leaving Eliza as Head of the family. A George Naden died 13 Dec 1924 at 107 Rice Lane. Is there a way to prove this was Eliza's husband? Do any of their offsprings know why they may have parted.
I cannot trace a death for Eliza and I have reason to believe she called herself Elizabeth and she died in Prescot in 1929. Can anyone clarify the reason for the name change? Howard their first child was born a few months after their marriage and he lived with grandparents at 102 Kyrwicks Lane Birmingham. Either Eliza was not his mother but a son of George though maybe she was pregnant when she got married. Would anyone out there know if the other children were aware of Howard's existence and whether the family were ever reconciled.
I appreciate that my enquiry, not seeking factual info such as bmds, will be difficult to answer but any bright ideas from members would be most appreciated.
Lingfield.

107 Rice Lane (later Walton Hospital) was either the Workhouse or Infirmary, depending on the circumstances, he may have been ill and needed the medical attention he could probably have only got there. Just a suggestion to try the Workhouse Records, although they may not cover the time required, but you should never miss a source should you.
Do you have the death certificate and does the name of the informant mean anything or was it just the Superintendent?
I think that Kathy would agree with me that if there was a death that unexpectedly turned up in the Prescot registration district, the person could have been in the Rainhill Asylum.
If you were to contact the Record Office (possibly Roger Hull directly) as the person has died, they may be willing to check the Rainhill records for you and if the lady did appear in their register you could go and take copies of the Register. There is often a photograph too.

Mary and Bert, You have both helped me before; so hello old friends.
One of the problems of aging is a poor memory; another is to be incapable of seeing something right under the nose.
I did not see that under 'occupation' on the death cert it says 'of 1 Long Avenue, Walton formerly a clerk' so he might have only arrived at the institution to get medical assistance. He was certainly in poor shape as cause of death was Malignant Disease of Inner side of cheek. The informant was H Linder, occupier,107 Rice Lane. What can we read into that?
Bert We have to go to the local library for ancestry so where did you mean in 1911. If it was 107 Rice Lane he was probably in for treatment.
And where does his son Howard fit in address wise? Confusion is another problem of age

Peter,
In 1911, George Naden is at 11 Cedar Rd, Walton, as a visitor,
There's been a transcription error on Anc, on the form it is clearly, Naden.
