Evening all,

Today I decided to tackle mums side of the family

Trying to tidy up her great aunt Sarah Anne Edwards
Born 14 June 1892 died September 1964 both Liverpool
Marriage to Peter Telford 1887 to 1931 once again Liverpool
Then in 1938 she married John Emanuel 2nd June 1882 to December 1948 not sure who he is because can't match date of birth.

In 1939 they are living in 217 Hornby Street Liverpool. With them is a Eaton Robert Edwards born 11th June 1915. The only one I can find is with a mothers maiden name of Cavanagh. As this is my great grandfather name (Eaton Robert Edwards) I am positive he's part of the family but can't find a marriage for a Cavaghan and and an Edwards, or for him later in life. Maybe he dropped the Eaton

Can anyone throw me a life line please.

The Peter Tedford who died in 1931, West Derby, was born 1895.

Peter Tedford born 1887, died 1888 and is buried at Ford Cemetery

Re: 217 Hornby Street.

1911 census, RG14 P22141, has the Tedford family living at number 250 Hornby St,

This is Charles James Edwards.

I had married him off to the wrong person !!!

Being an egotist with some time on my hands, I googled who is Eaton Robert Edwards, my name, and stumbled on your post on the bulletin board. I believe your enquiry is about my father. The date of birth is a year out with our understanding of his birth in 1916. He did pass on in 2000. I was the son born not in 1956 but 1955. I have not traced our family tree but my elder brother has done some work on if it would be of interest. The name has ended with me at present as my wife did not like it.
