Is that "workhouse" or else which warehouse?

If you mean workhouse I can find only from 1909 but perhaps somebody else has better information.

I now wonder if 353 WES might have something of interest
Board Minute Books, minutes of various committees, account books, newscuttings, weekly returns of persons relieved, records of Walton Workhouse, Chaplain's Report Books.

I think you should email the record office to ask for more details
