Looking for details of the Orr family living in West Derby Liverpool in the 1939 census please. All I have is that their daughter Margaret Orr was born on 16 May 1923 so far.

Unless Margaret is already deceased, since she was born after 1915 then she won't be identified on the 1939 Register, but Freebmd has her birth Jun q 1923 Orr Margaret mmn Capener W.Derby 8b 1185

She would appear to be the last of seven children born to this couple at least from 1912, although there could be more earlier.

It would seem that there was a James Orr who married Lucy F Capener at St Mary's Kirkdale in 1895, but in 1911 they already have 8 children, so I can't believe it would be the same couple having children until 1923.

To search for Margaret's parents you will need her birth certificate to identify them.

Living at 28 Chester Road, Liverpool is young James, b 4 May 1905, Doris E (perhaps wife) 30 September 1912, one closed record and James Orr 19 December 1869, retired.

This household would relate to the family I gave details for above, however, without any other information there's no telling if it could be your family or not.
