Mitchell family, Derby Lane/Old Swan

Hi everyone - new member here looking for information on just one topic. I have two wedding photos which were in my Mum's collection, identified by her as 'Wedding of Marjorie Mitchell, 1930s'. The pictures were taken in a garden on Derby Lane by Carbonara Co and are one small group of the bride and groom with bridesmaids and one large group with a variety of people from a very elderly lady to my own Uncle John Hughes aged about 18 months.
Does anyone know of this family, or is anyone descended from/part of this family? I would like to reunite the photos with a descendant, but having no luck finding the marriage detailed on ancestry.co. Any help is welcomed.
Thanks

Thanks Bert - that was quick! I found that reference and one to a marriage to Johnston, but not able to get further with family members based on the BMD index number alone. Are there any parish records at All Saints?
Annie

Hi and welcome to the forum. Although I can't find this church in the Record Office Catalogue, LancsBMD states the records are at Liverpool. I would suggest that you email them and ask if they hold them on microfilm which you can use any time, or whether the original Parish Registers are held in the Archives, which you can order with 48 hours notice.

Hi, Annie delin. It is a long way from the outer Hebrides to L'pool. I have Mitchells, but not those names.

The only marriage of a Marjorie Mitchell to a Johnston during the 1930's was in Lancaster 1937 so would not be the Marjorie in your photo.
