Thomas Taylor Circa 1900

Hi everyone I have been contacted by a member ( No Number )who says she is a member (Mrs. L Doyle from Wilmslow who is helping an old lady to find her father Tomas Taylor born circa 1900 Liverpool or poss. Staffordshire she has no further information there are 44 Taylors In members interests only one Birth circa Pre.1823 about 100 Tayor Birth Certs in the donated certificates but no Thomas and no Boys around 1900 can anyone help ? Let me know Please

I think you need to start with the lady herself. Does she have her birth certificate and if she does who are her parents. Once that is established you can find their marriage which will give her father's name.

Does she know when and where her father died? If that was known that might also help.

It's all a little vague at the moment!

The Lady in Question who wrote to me is not the one who wants the answers (she seemed to be a bit vague ( and by her letter seems quite old ) all she told me was Thomas Taylor about 1900 and Liverpool or Shropshire I have Written back asking for more info. but if someone is Researching Taylor you never know. I have nothing in Donated Certs.

It would be a good idea, if you have further contact with her, to ask if she has any family who have an email address to contact her by.

Hi everyone I have been contacted by our member in Wilmslow re. the Thomas Taylor her "friend" who is also elderly thinks Thomas's mother was Mary and she thinks he might have been born out of Wedlock and then Mary may have Married and then Thomas took that name ( All very Vague I know ) but knowing the types on the Forum you never know she also wants to know if anyone is researching MADDRELL/S who left the I.O.M. in the 20's and started a business in Liverpool either Robert, Agnes, or Florence. Hope someone can help her
