Shuttleworth - Holden lineage

In my family tree, my 2x great grandparents are Henry Ribton Hoskins and Mary Seaman Dawson daughter of Richard Dawson 1783-1850.
Mary's brother Richard Pudsey Dawson married Louisa Elizabeth Shuttleworth daughter of Thomas Starky Shuttleworth of Preston.
Could these Shuttleworth's be related to
James Shuttleworth who married Mary Holden in 1742 (successor of her father Robert Holden of Aston Hall).
Given several lines of Liverpool nobility that are interconnected, there is a James Shuttleworth age 23 who shows up in another family line in the 1891 census at 70 Kensington St. With James and Sarah Holden and their children George, Jane and James.
In the 1901 Census it shows James Shuttleworth has married Jane Holden and they are living at 57 Guelph St.
In 1891 it lists James Shuttleworth as a mariner, and given the Dawson Shuttleworth connection and that the Dawson's were very involved in Liverpool shipping, I am wondering if there is a possible set of Dawson Holden Shuttleworth connections appearing in the tree.
Any assistance on these questions would be greatly appreciated.
