Surname not entered on P.R.

Just found on Anc. parish registers for St. Thomas, Toxteth Park, a baptism 15 November 1857, Edward St. Roberts.......................noticed info entered in wrong columns, no surname, in it's place is the address....Roberts St.!!!!! So parents and child have the surname St.Roberts
