Any chance of a look for a B. Pennington, photographer of Waterloo, around 1914, please.

Anyone else but you wouldn't get a reply at the moment Loving the Olympic Games, so not really joining in with FH at the moment.

However, not good news, nothing in the 1914 for B Pennington, photographer. Looked up photographers separately but nothing shows, sorry

Could this be your man from the 19sshhh census?

PINNINGTON, Bernard - Son - u/m - 21 - 1890 - Photographer - Seaforth, Lancs.
Parents: Walter [52] and Florence [49]. And 6 siblings.
35 Lancaster Road, Ainsdale, Lancashire.

That sounds like him in 19..., thanks. He is debated in a WW1 context, and the Seaforth connection fits in well with the old barracks there.
