hi all ,, im now looking for any information on the following ,,,,, marriage of patrick mccabe to a mary murphy dec 1937 and if possible any address where they lived : also looking for children from this marriage ,, a son ? patrick mccabe born 1945 and his sister florence v mccabe born 1948 also any information as they grew older ie marriages etc cheers

Unfortunately the entries for Liverpool marriages on Ancestry only go up to 1921 so I don't think you are going to find any information online.

The place to look is at the Liverpool Record Office which should have the Parish Register for the marriage, however, you would need to check which are the likely churches and search each of them. It could of course have taken place in the Register Office.

If you have the exact date of marriage you could order the certificate at the Liverpool Register Office, or alternatively using the following information you could order online at www.gro.gov.uk
