Hello John and welcome to the forum.

Have you found the family in 1911? Did the family you are enquiring about also have a daughter Catherine bn abt 1908 and 3 years after that birth are they living in Embledon Terrace, in Toxteth?

I suspect you may be looking for the mother's maiden name? This is the only Thomas Taylor marriage to a Mary between 1901 and 1903 in the Liverpool area. Marriage Dec 1902 - W. Derby - 8b - 1025 - Fay, Mary and Taylor, Thomas.

There are apparently six volumes for Our Lady of Lourdes and St. Bernard Roman Catholic Church, Kingsley Road at the Liverpool Record Office on microfilm, so these will be at the World Museum.

These baptisms aren't available in the new databases on Ancestry, nor is the marriage mentioned above by Dickiesam, which, according to the LancsBMD site was at West Derby, Register Office or Registrar Attended, so it is possible that it also took place in an RC church.

Hi Dickiesam and mary A many thanks,
I do have the marriage cert for mary and thomas taylor, i also have the parents of mary and thomas, It was just to confirm the baptisms that I was looking for. I am unable to get to liverpool at the present time. I would be more than grateful if anyone is going to the world museum to have a look for me. It may be of interest to dickiesam that marys parents come from wexford, and catherine returned , and the family still lived in cullenstown, county wexford.
