.need a bit of help St Ambrose church 1890 /1899
Stopforth family may be living in China Street area any help appreciated thanks in advance

Soz Doe, no Stopforth's in China St 1894 Directory.
Not sure what you want from the church??

looking for any baptisms under the name of Stopforth /stockforth Iknow they were at 50 china street in 1895 but can not find them any earlier ,they had a daughter elisabeth bapt in 1895 but she was aged 16 ? really tuck on this one

If it is the correct family they are at 57a China Street, South Everton in 1891

Ive got most of St Ambrose Baptisms for 1889-1902 ready for transcribing. If your not in a desperate hurry i'll go through them when I have time.
