his father George Trevor 1878 - 1919 41yrs at death

Hi Tina
I can access census. BMD
I mean :
Church records would be of interest, and often people searching have other info such as work histories, photos, anything really. War records, baptisms, stories, tales..... you name it!

Hi Cathy,
I would normally try to find descendants in order to track down histories, stories etc.
I assume this to be Stanley Trevor's 1939 marriage to Emily Brindle? And that you have traced the twin daughters from that marriage?
TREVOR, Claire and TREVOR, Jean - Warrington - 1938.
Found the children from both Jean's and Claire's marriages. But, because we don't as a rule post about living people I have limited my finds to the above.
Do you know if George Trevor served in the forces in WW1? And are there any descendants from his widow's second marriage?

Dickiesam, the twins from the marriage are my mum and aunt, both alive and well.
Today i received the death cert for george. very sad. aged 41, died from an industrial injury where he received a broken back and died in hosp a month later. An inquest was held - misadventure. i am going to try to get hold of the inquest report etc.
thanks so far

The inquest was probably reported in the local paper. Sometimes that's easier to find than the coroner's report. The local paper is probably on film at Warrington Library.
