My manx wife's paternal grandfather was Joseph Casement Corlett of Liverpool and Andreas.
Our information is that Elizabeth Casement died in Ramsey on 28th Aug and was buried on 02nd Sept 1847 at Andreas not Maughold!

Thank you for bringing that to my attention. Actually, I just got in a muddle while typing her burial place, I did mean to put Andreas and have now edited my post. This is what I have :- Andreas Old Yard Cemetery, Grave AA. 18. I sent to the IOMFHS for that information. As soon as I can I am off to Liverpool to find John Casement's burial. I don't hold out much hope as I have already been before and came home with nothing.
