Is there anyone on that side of the Atlantic that could do a quick look up the next time they are at that office?

She died in 1875 and she was in the 1871 Census living with her daughter so it was somewhere between 1871 and Feb 1875. I think it is probably closer to the 1875

So I am back to a road block. I can't find her I can't find her son-in-laws death or her daughters. I think ancestry.com is not helping me for these searches. Being across the atlantic has definitely hindered my searches. Is is possible that some records have been missed in indexes?

There's always that possibility, although there's also every chance that they have just been mistranscribed, it's not easy sometimes to find an entry. There is a possibility that somebody may be able to come across them in a different search, please give the details that you are looking for.

Don't give up, many of us are able to do our research only online and more and more records are becoming available on a variety of websites.

I am looking for:
William Robert Parry

B: 1833 in Talyllyn, Merionethshire, Wales
I think he died somewhere between 1871 and 1882. I have him in the Census for 1871 (Source Citation: Class: RG10; Piece: 3842; Folio: 61; Page: 3; GSU roll: 841925) in West Derby then his family shows up in the 1881 Census (Source Citation: lass: RG11; Piece: 4529; Folio: 113; Page: 33; Line: GSU roll: 1342089) In 1891 his wife Mary McMillian Parry is listed as married not widowed but I can't find him anywhere. In the 1891 Census (Class: RG12; Piece: 2980; Folio 58; Page 14; GSU roll: 6098090) she is a widow back in West Derby living with all her children except two which stayed in Leeds. I lose her after that point. These are my brick walls. I can't find their deaths and I know that they have to buried somewhere in the Liverpool area.

There is one burial listed online for William Parry within that time frame, and with a close date of birth, in Walton Park Parochial Cemetery, Grave No. S2, on 20th October, 1880 age 43, abode Workhouse.

As this seems to now be an ongoing post, I'll patch it back to the Liverpool board.
