Liverpool RO look-up request

Post by daggers »

Not strictly Liverpool, but I think the answer is in the RO's series of Lancs parish registers:
Anne Morewood, thought to be baptised at Burtonwood c 1788. If not there could she be Anne Wright, same year, who had a sister May, a year younger, according to census records.

If anyone can help I'd be grateful.

Burtonwood Parish register was published by Lancashire Parish Register Society volume 84.

This is available in many large libraries.

PS Burtonwood Parish Registers are on the www.lan-opc.org.uk website. No Morewoods, no Anne Wright but there is a Mary Wtight baptised 30 may 1790 daughter of James and Mary Wright of Burtonwood farmer
