Dr Barnardos - Family Search Service

Post by Kebs »

Has anyone used this service offered by Barnardos :?:

Having just found - who I believe to be one of my missing relatives - on the Home Children site as being sent to Canada by Barnardos, whether this was a worth while route to go.

Cheers Mary - it was through someone else's posting that I found him on the Home Children site and then followed through with a previous posting of yours regarding Barnardos.

Me thinks I will follow through with the first enquiry if only to confirm it is him or not, then take it further.

Thanks for replying not only to mine but everyone else's as I learn something new all the time.

Will let you know. The only down side at the moment I can see is that you cannot apply online, has to be snail post.
