Hi everyone
Lancs OPC has a burial 1831 from LDS film. If someone looked up the record at LRO would it give any info about the parents please?
Thanks
Tina

As a short answer I would have thought the answer to be no, unless it was a child, but then again I've known burial information to give no more than the date, plus possibly the date of death and at the other end of the spectrum I've known burial details to include "husband of X, the daughter of Y". That example is from a short period in the burials at St Mary, Walton on the Hill, which was obviously a huge help.
So it would seem that some ministers might go to more trouble than others and you might not find out until you look.
There are hopefully both Burial Registers and Grave Registers which might list others in the same grave.

Tina if it's on LDS film write down the film # and order in the film at an LDS family History Library....you can then print off original copy

Thankyou Tina ,Mary & Northmeols for answering my query too.
Holly, thank you especially as your answer saves me trying to get to an LDS Library to order a film which will not help solve my problem.
I sympathise with your Bogg eyed bit, I had the same from trannie stuff, turned out to be early Glaucoma. Look after your eyes Lass.

Not sure that the settings for the forum allow you to do that, I always need to log in each time also, but if you choose to "save your password" then mine seems to remember and I just have to hit the button.Wendyem wrote:I'm here, after probs logging on. How can I stay loggedon for 100 yrs please?
