1970 Electoral Roll, 119 Thornton Rd, compiled prior to Edward Albert's death.

The third person sliced from image is Elsie Edwards, nee, Acty, son, who may still be living.

Though I have not yet found a birth registration for Edward Albert, below is a portion from the 1911 census, 9 Rigby St, Liverpool

Thank you Bert...great job my friend. You all do great work. It is a shame they passed away too soon as I would have liked to have met them. The rest of my family were so surprised when I sent them your results. Edward Edwards was one of six siblings and I was able to find all about the others through his sister (my maternal grandmother) except for him. So this is a great find and maybe I can finally put this to rest. I'm going to visit Liverpool next year, that is if all things are back to normal. You all stay happy, healthy, and safe..!!

Update: A kind thank you to all again for your help. I received two days ago an email from Alan Edwards who is the grandson of my great uncle Evan Edwards. We are now exchanging information and filling in the last gaps of our families' history. This is an accumulation after many years of searching this one last missing great uncle and it looks to be coming to an end soon and it is due to your many researchers and their extensive knowledge of records from the past. Thank you all..!!
